To improve services and achieve customer satisfaction Sharjah Airport Authority awards winners of “Because we Care” Feedback Programme Two lucky winners walk away with free airline tickets

Sharjah International Airport (SIA) has honored two passengers as winners of the customer opinion programme themed “Because We Care”. The programme provides passengers and customers with an opportunity to express their opinion and feedback on the services and facilities offered to them so as to enhance the travel experience at the airport.

HE Sheikh Faisal bin Saoud Al Qassimi, Director of Sharjah Airport Authority, recently presented awards to the two winners of “Because we Care” Customer Feedback Questionnaire Programme in the presence of Ms. Alya Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of Marketing and Customer Relations. The two winners were Hashim Othman and Khadija Yahia, who won free tickets from Air Arabia.

HE Sheikh Faisal bin Saoud Al Qassimi said: “Sharjah International Airport is constantly striving to develop communication channels with passengers and customers to benefit from their feedback about services and facilities offered to them. “Because we Care” is a perfect method that enables passengers to share their experience and to offer suggestions. Therefore, together we can ensure the superior quality of our services and respond to the needs of all airport users.”

Ms. Alya Obaid Al Shamsi said: “Because we Care initiative has proved to be a highly popular programme, with excellent passenger and customer engagement. The programme reflects the efforts made by the Sharjah Airport Authority to improve the quality of services provided by different parties operating at the airport.”

Sharjah Airport Authority launched “Because we Care” in 2009 to monitor customer and passenger experiences, and to gather feedback. Suggestions are submitted via the website (www.sharjahairport.ae); or email, care@sharjahairport.ae, or by filling out the questionnaire forms available on tablets with the authority’s staff in the Arrivals and Departure terminals. The authority recently created a new feedback and suggestion method through the SHARJAH AIRPORT mobile application
