Sharjah Airport Authority has developed an electronic training system for its employees and teams across all groups, in support of the remote work system and abiding by the precautionary measures implemented with the general directives of the Sharjah government and its rational leadership.
The Department of Training and Professional Development will work in cooperation with accredited training centers and a large group of specialists. Together they will organise 16 training courses across 10 different fields electronically, with the aim of enhancing the continuity of training, developing employee skills, investing time and maintaining high productivity.
Training courses will cover several areas of work including, public administration, technology and operations, occupational health and safety, along with behavioural skills and self-development.
The training session will last for approximately two to three hours, and all employees nominated by their department managers and officials will participate in the course that best aligns with their field of work.
This initiative reflects the authority’s keenness to advance the digital transformation at Sharjah Airport, and its belief in the importance of training, especially considering the current conditions.
