Sharjah Airport has announced that it will host a moving gallery of the Natural History & Botanical Museum, organized by EPAA, from July 10 to 14, in Sharjah. The purpose of the gallery is to educate the public on the natural environment while providing access to as many segents of society, as possible.

Through its moving gallery initiative, Sharjah Airport Authority highlights the effective role of cultural museums in the development of local communities. The five-day event will feature several exhibits, including information on climate change, how desert animals adapt to varying environments, the natural rock cycle, relationships between earthquakes, and volcano eruption patterns, as well as the important use of local plants and their and methods of drying and conservation.

The moving gallery is part of SAA’s keenness to support initiatives and community activities that position Sharjah promintnetly within the region and the world as it strengthens the emirate’s tourism and environmental status, promoting environmental awareness among its employees, passengers, and the general public.
