Sharjah, 19 Oct, 2015: Sharjah International Airport unveiled yesterday its latest e-Services offering useful online information to companies and passengers.  The new e-services were launched during the GITEX Technology Week 2015, the largest technology event in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 18-22 October 2015.The IT department of Sharjah International Airport has launched its website e-services where passengers can track flights real-time and avail VIP services at the Airport.  In addition, suppliers can register for listing, participate on tenders and bid for auctions.  Meanwhile, the team has developed mobile applications for employees and passengers, which can be downloaded soon.His Excellency Mr. Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority said: “The participation of Sharjah Airport Authority in the GITEX Technology Week under the umbrella of the Department of Information and e-Government of Sharjah is very important to communicate with partners in the government and private sectors, and to showcase the latest E-services we provide to the public.”He added: “our aim at Sharjah International Airport is to continue delivering excellent services to our customers. Especially at this time, where the demand on the E-services becomes more compelling in an advanced digital world”
