Sharjah, 14 Oct, 2015: Sharjah Airport Authority honored yesterday various entities and employees for their active participation and support during the Hajj season this year; that demonstrated outstanding performance in facilitating the Hajj passengers’ journey through Sharjah International Airport, and enabled the passengers to complete their Hajj without obstructions.HE Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority said,  at a special ceremony held in the Airport management’s building,” this year’s pilgrimage season was a success on all aspects, especially with the increase of number of flights by airlines and the influx of Hajj passengers from different areas. We were committed to deliver the best services and support at all times”.He extended gratitude to all participants for their support on the campaign, and encouraged them to continue their dedication to work.At the end of the ceremony, HE Ali Salim Al Midfa chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority with the presence of H.H. Shaikh Faisal Bin Saud Al Qassmi Director of Sharjah Airport Authority awarded appreciation certificates to: Sharjah Islamic Affairs represented by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Director of Sharjah Islamic Affairs Branch, Ministry of Health, Sharjah Medical District, Sharjah Airport police Section, Sharjah Airport Passengers Customs Section, Sharjah Airport passports Control Section and Sharjah Aviation Services,. In addition to others: Alpha Flights Services, Sharjah Media Corporation, Municipalities & Agriculture Affairs Department and General Directorate of Residency and foreigners Affairs – Ajman.
