A delegation of Sharjah Airport Authority staff recently visited residents of Social Service Department in Sharjah to share Iftar, as part of the Sharjah Humanitarian Society “Barakat Al Dar” initiative.

The visit was well received by the Social Service Department residents and further illustrates the values of love and community solidarity during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

“Barakat Al Dar” initiative aims to strengthen strategic partnerships with various segments of society in the framework of the commitment to social responsibility in embodying the values of brotherhood, tolerance and communicating with all social groups.

The Authority’s staff and residents reminisced about present and past Ramadans, shared family Ramadan traditions and discussed how the evolutionary movement of our local community has affected those customs.

At the end of the gathering, the residents thanked Sharjah Airport Authority Staff for their generous visit and expressed their gratitude for the special gathering.
