Sharjah Airport Authority, presented awards to 3 passengers utilizing the airport.The winners, who received free tickets from the UAE national carrier Air Arabia that takes Sharjah as their home base, were chosen on the basis of meritorious suggestions that they recommended for the improvement of services by the management, through the ‘CFQ’ Customer Feedback Questionnaire.The prize was presented at a special event held on the 17th of February 2014 at Sharjah International Airport, and attended by senior managers.
The prize winners were:
- Noora Ahmed Abdalla from UAE
- Sameer Mustafa from Jordan
- Ali Abu Hussain from Jordan
At this occasion, Mr. Ali Salim Al-Midfa, Chairman of SAA said: “Learning from our customers is the best way possible and there is no better tool to measure ourselves. Accordingly we then enhance our services. Passengers are always our priority which is why we have introduced this Customer Feedback Award Programme. This will help gain insight as to what our customers are expecting from us thereby enabling us to adapt quickly and effectively to meet their needs”.The CFQ is also uploaded in the airport’s official website “ www.sharjahairport.ae” where suggestions can be received online – a less time consuming and efficient way of collecting information.The CFQ programme is part of the overall Customer Relationship enhancement concept that is being run under the slogan “Because We Care…”, through which airport strives continually towards enhancing passenger satisfaction and ensuring that their airport experience is a very pleasant one.
