The purpose of this RFP is to appoint a credible feedback company to assist the Customer Relations team in understanding Sharjah Airport passengers' needs and requirements by conducting surveys. The feedback surveys are expected to Measure the current happiness levels amongst the passengers, explore passengers? needs, requirements and expectations, set the way forward and priorities the action plan, and identify strength points and improvement areas.
