Sharjah Airport Authority, presented awards to 3 passengers utilizing the airport.The winners, who received a free ticket each from the UAE national carrier Air Arabia that takes Sharjah as their home base, were chosen on the basis of meritorious suggestions that they recommended for the improvement of services by the management, through the ‘CFQ’ Customer Feedback Questionnaire.The prizes were presented at a special event held on the 24th of November 2009 at Sharjah International Airport, and attended by senior.The prize winners for September and October of the year were:1. Jagadeesh Bodapati from India2. Fatima Mohamed Rasheedat from Syria3. Shamseer Ayankolli from IndiaAt this occasion, Mr. Ali Salem Al-Midfa, the Director of SAA said:“Learning from our customers is the best way possible and there is no better tool to measure ourselves. Accordingly we then enhance our services. Passengers are always our priority which is why we have introduced this Customer Feedback Award Programme. This will help gain insight as to what our customers are expecting from us thereby enabling us to adapt quickly and effectively to meet their needs”.The CFQ is also uploaded in the airport’s official website “ sharjahairport.ae” where suggestions can be received online – a less time consuming and efficient way of collecting information.The CFQ programme is part of the overall Customer Relationship enhancement concept that is being run under the slogan “Because We Care…”, through which airport strives continually towards enhancing passenger satisfaction and ensuring that their airport experience is a very pleasant one.
