- Al Diyafah Service for a family (4 members max) without lounge access: 500 AED

- Al Diyafah Service for any additional family member without lounge access: 100 AED
- Al Diyafah Service for any additional family member with lounge access: 150 AED

Al Diyafah Service is available 24/7 upon 6 hours reservation from the flight time. In addition, walk-in passengers can also avail the service, subject to availability.

- Al Diyafah Service is not responsible for any delay by the passenger for the flight or uncompleted required documents
- Al Diyafah lounge is not responsible for the loss of personal property
- In the event of any change in the reservation, please inform us 12 hours before the new flight
- Payment is non-refundable
- The service is provided free of charge for children under two years
- The time duration of using Al Diyafah lounge is not exceeding 3 hours
