Sharjah Airport Authority has launched the “Soaring Through Sharjah’s Skies” initiative for employees’ children, in celebration of the Year of the Family. Designed to offer an engaging blend of learning and entertainment, the initiative aims to introduce young participants to the airport’s work environment and provide them with valuable insights into the key roles and operational activities carried out across its various departments.

The initiative, which formed part of an educational and recreational summer programme, welcomed a number of employees’ children over the course of a week. Participants took part in guided tours that introduced them to the airport’s core operations, the services it provides, and the vital role played by specialised teams in managing passenger movement and day-to-day operational activities.
