Documentation Needed (Scheduled Flights)

  • Airline should submit their proposed schedule
  • Airline should submit the following documents:
    • Air Operator Certificate including pages of operations specification
    • Certificate of Registration
    • Certificate of Airworthiness
    • Certificate of Insurance (Hull, Third Party liability, Passengers & Cargo)
    • Certificate of Installation of ACAS II or TCAS Version 7

Landing Request For Aircraft (Non Scheduled Flights)

The following information are required while applying for CAD's (Civil Aviation Department) Landing Permission at Sharjah International Airport.
  • Name of the Operator
  • Flight number in/out
  • Type of aircraft and registration marks
  • Date and time of the intended arrival at and departure from Sharjah
  • Duration of stay in Sharjah
  • Place or places of embarkation and/or disembarkation abroad as the case may be, of passengers and/or freight
  • Purpose of the flight and number of passengers and/or nature and amount of freight
  • Name, address and business of the charter if any
  • Landing application should be made 48 hours prior to operation
  • Airline should submit the following documents:
    • Air Operator Certificate including pages of operations specification
    • Certificate of Registration
    • Certificate of Air worthiness
    • Certificate of Insurance (Hull, Third Party, Passengers & Cargo)
    • Certificate of Installation of ACAS II or TCAS Version 7
