Sharjah Airport Authority celebrated the 1st anniversary for the CFQ (Customer Feedback Questionnaire) program which comes under the slogan “Because We Care…” on the 11th of May 2010.
This ceremony was attended by senior Airport’s officials.
A total of 17 winners received free tickets from the UAE national carrier Air Arabia which has Sharjah as its home base.
The winners were chosen on the basis of meritorious suggestions that they recommended for the improvement of facilities, services and amenities at Sharjah International Airport.
All relevant departments participated in the program, and key players ‘Air Arabia’, ‘SAS’ (Sharjah Aviation Services), ‘Immigration’, ‘Police’, ‘Customs’, ‘Alpha Flight Services’, ‘Dufry’ and ‘State Security’ were recognised for their efforts towards the success of this programme.
On this occasion, Dr. Ghanem, the Director General mentioned: “Sharjah Airport is continually aiming to improve itself, and to this end the feedback we receive from our passengers is very important. At the end of the day, we are a team and every component must play its role towards fulfilling and satisfying our clients’ needs. I am happy that our partners think in like minded fashion and are continually evolving to ensure our passengers enjoy a pleasant travel experience through Sharjah International Airport.”
