Customer Feedback Questionnaire Issues and concerns

Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA), strives to meet the highest levels of its customers' expectations. SAA now has a dedicated section, called the 'Customer Relations Section' for this purpose.

The Customer Relations Section aims at improving service levels through feedback from the end users. The entire Customer Relations Management is run under the slogan "Because We Care...", through which the airport strives continually towards enhancing passenger satisfaction and ensuring a very pleasant travel experience at Sharjah International Airport.

Together with its efficient processes, Sharjah International Airport takes pride in offering its passengers a wide variety of top class and affordable facilities, thereby providing ease, comfort and convenience to the travellers. But, we would like to continually improve and involve, and this is only achievable, if we hear from our passengers. Your feedback, suggestions, and concerns are therefore very important to us.

We have provided the following means by which you can communicate with us:

1. Customer Feedback Questionnaire (CFQ):
This questionnaire is so designed to receive your views covering a range of facilities at the airport. Conveniently placed in 'CFQ' boxes at several locations around the airport terminal (Arrivals, Departures and Transit area), this is one sure way to air your views on any aspect of your experience at Sharjah International Airport.

2. Online CFQ:
For those passengers unable to find the time to fill up the questionnaire at the airport, the same is provided on-line, through the airport's web page, to be filled at the passenger's convenience.

3. Customer Feedback interview:
In addition to the above, we also interview passengers at random, and their feedback is then fed into the system for analysis and subsequent action.

As part of the overall Customer Relationship enhancement concept, aimed at encouraging passengers to share their opinions with us, Sharjah International Airport, in cooperation with Air Arabia offers as prizes tickets for passengers providing the most meritorious suggestions.
