Sharjah International Airport rewards new winners of the Program “Because We Care…”

Sharjah, 17 March, 2016: Sharjah Airport Authority awarded yesterday 16 March 2016 the winners of the Customer Feedback Questionnaire (CFQ) launched by the Authority in January 2009 under the “Because We Care…” programme.The initiative received great support from the airport management and excellent response from customers and travelers since its inception. It allows travelers and users of the airport to evaluate and share their views on the services and facilities provided to them, provide suggestions and ways of improvement regarding their experience at the airport.The prize giving ceremony was held at the airport management’s building in presence of HE Sheikh Faisal Bin Saud Al Qassimi, Director of Sharjah Airport Authority and Mrs. Alya Al Shamsi, Manager Marketing and Customer Relations, in addition to other senior staff. The winners’ are:1-Mr.Saeed Abdulla Al Ghawi from the United Arab Emirates2-Mrs.Fatima Al Abdool from the United Arab EmiratesHE Sheikh Faisal Bin Saud Al Qassimi, Director of Sharjah Airport Authority  reaffirmed the authority’s commitment towards travelers and users of Sharjah International Airport, by encouraging them to participate in programs where they can communicate and express opinions, as well as provide suggestions to improve the facilities and services.He added: “Learning from our customers is the best way possible and there is no better tool to measure ourselves. By means of passenger feedback, we then evaluate and enhance our services. Passengers are always our priority which is why we have introduced this Customer Feedback Questionnaire Programme. This helps us gain insights as to what our customers are expecting and for us to proactively adapt and provide efficient solutions addressing their needs”.It is worth to mention that Sharjah Airport Authority selects the winners of the best proposals submitted either through the website (www.sharjahairport.ae) or by filling out questionnaires available in Arrivals and Departure terminals, using mobile devices which allow some of the airport’s employees to conduct direct interviews with travelers. Additional to that, the airport`s travelers can share their feedback through Sharjah Airport new mobile application (SHARJAH AIRPORT).The winners of the best ideas will be given free tickets from Air Arabia, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates.
