And organises “Fast Breaking Initiative” for Cargo Area staffSharjah, June 29, 2016: In the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Sharjah Airport Authority is distributing Ramadan iftar meals to passengers at Sharjah International Airport. Each day of Ramadan, immediately before the Maghrib prayers, Iftar coupons are distributed to travelers arriving through Terminal and those at the Transit Area.Iftar coupons can be availed from the customer service desk located at the transit area, and receive their meals to eat in the food court. Traditional Ramadan food and beverages are offered every day for free, as well as Arabic coffee and dates, allowing fasting passengers to have their Iftar on time.Part of the Ramadan activities, Sharjah Airport Authority, in collaboration with Sharjah Charity International, organized fast breaking initiative, providing daily Iftar meals for Cargo Area staff.HE. Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority said: “Sharjah Airport Authority organises Iftar meals program during the holy month of Ramadan as we welcome fasting passengers at the transit and arrival areas. We continue to provide all forms of assistance to facilitate their procedures and assure the best, welcoming atmosphere for them”.He added: “Our Ramadan initiatives are part of our commitment to provide high level of services and hospitality to passengers; as well as strengthening the good relationship between employees and management”. He expressed his thanks to all stakeholders and organizations who have contributed towards the success of these initiatives.
